Found myself with a whole chicken and looking for something easy to do with it. Decided to give this pin a try. It was delicious! By dinner time the chicken was just falling off the bone and incredibly juicy. My chicken was large enough that I had enough meat for two meals, so second night I turned it into chicken barbecue Both meals were delicious and the bonus, chicken stock. I did add a few diced carrots and stalks of celery to the onions to give a little more flavor. Will definitely keep this one in my "go to" meals. So, Pin or Pass? Pin!About Me

Pin or Pass: Crock Pot Chicken?
