Here are two layouts I did for the store...I had to use the coordinating sticker sheets and very little embellishments....tried to keep it simple so the ladies could copy them. They really like to copy our layouts:)
This one is the new BoBunny Flower Child Line....I love the bright colors, very summery. I used everything BoBunny...flower pack, sticker sheet, dotted cardstock & ribbon.
This is another BoBunny line...Paradise. Again, kept it simple. I did add Dew Drops around the journal box for a little dimension. I like this one...the colors are really pretty together.

Cricuts were humming....
went to the SWARM (gathering of Cricut owners) at my store yesterday. We were maxed out, 23 happy Cricut owners & their machines for 10 hours of creating. My friend, Brandi, came down from Cleveland to join us. It was a fun day despite two spilled coffees, one laptop malfunctioning (guess it was not a coffee drinker) and some renegade customers that ventured in even though the the 'open' sign was off....
I managed to finish my items for the second Cricut Cuts swap on my facebook group, create a page for one of my fellow desingers, swarm hostess and friend. , and I made a few scrappy cards. We exchanged bags of scraps at the SWARM & this is what I came up with...
(sorry pics are blurry...will post better ones later)
Wish I had accomplished more, but I really wasn't feeling too good and my creative juices were just not flowing to good. Oh, well...I had a fun time with Brandi & the other ladies...nice day:0) Oh, and to top it off, I got home and my husband had washed , dried, folded & put away all the laundry. He also did all the ironing, he knows how much I hate to do it. And he washed both vehicles. My to do list for Monday just got a lot smaller:)

Girls' Crafting Weekend
I went to Brandi's this weeked for some girl crafting time. We have not been able to get together since June...this was very much overdue. We did a little shopping Friday night (to get supplies) and then got down to business. Saturday we didn't even leave the house...just crafted all day. I got three two page layouts done for the store, one personal layout, two sets of swap cards, and a bunch of other cards done. Here are a few of the projects...will post more later.
This is a layout Brandi & I did for ourselves...something we rarely do is scrap for ourselves.

My FIRST Cricut Cut swap
I just hosted my first Cricut Cut swap on my facebook group....what fun. The theme was simple this time, use your favorite cartridge. It is always fun to see what others do with things....and this was no exception. Here they are...
I already have ideas for what to do with them...
the owl is going on a Valentine's page with the title 'love Notes"
the wheelbarrow is getting some glitter and going on a spring card
the sleigh & reindeer will be used for a Christmas layout
Daisy Duck....she is just so cute...I can't decide on a card or layout..
I have not come up with an idea for the paisley, but I will...I love it...and it has glitter!

Finally...
OK...my girlfriend's daughter posted her pics from her recent trip to New York. When I saw her Central Park pictures I got an idea for a layout, so...since I often do some or her layouts, I told her mom I would do these. After two days of sketching the layout, fixing & resizing pictures, re-sketching to include all pics, etc. I finally sat down this evening to create the actual layout. this is what I did...
The picture really does not do it justice...it is so much prettier 'in person'. I used almost every girly embellishment...rhinestones, pearls, flowers, glitter, ribbon...I put rhinestones around the vellum cutouts. I used flower soft metallic filigree corners on some of the pictures. I sprinkled white flower soft on the edges of the flowers to mimic snow. I used glitter paper for the letters & accents. I added rhinestones to the flower centers. Took me about 2 hours, but I think the end result speaks for itself.

Swaps!
I took yesterday to work on all the swaps I have signed up for and I managed to get two done....
This is for the card swap on my group, Paper Crafting Divas on Facebook. The theme was Tutti Frutti...just loved this paper. I did not have a stamp with the sentiment, so I printed it on the computer. I think these turned out cute.
This is for a swap on PCD as well. It is a Cricut Cut swap...I just got this cartridge (Sentiments) and fell in love with this little owl. I didn't want to do him traditional owl colors, so...this is what I came up with. I think he would look very cute on a vintage type page. I think I am going to use him on my Valentine's page & title it Love Letters. I will add a little heart seal to his note and use some pretty Basic Grey papers I have...ohhh...I am inspired now, better go do it while it is in my head!
