Cutest Baby Ever Card

Made this card for a recent swap.  The theme was baby cards and gave me the perfect excuse to use this image. 

 Here's the Details:

 Image-  ??? this is a freebie I picked up and it did not save with the company name. :( ; colored with Prismacolor pencils and accented with Diamond Dust Stickles.
Paper - just white card stock
Sentiment - Stampin' Up Label Love
Extras - Stampin' Up Label Love punch, pink rhinestones, ribbon, Score It for frame, Memento black ink

 Isn't she cute?  Makes me want to giggle.

ooh, the tutu and sparkles are sweet! BIF hugs!! can't wait for school to start in Sept so I can have craft time during the day!!
