TAGS!

Quick share...these were for a recent swap.  I used my Close to my Heart, Art Philosophy cartridge for all the cuts.  I have to say, I am LOVING that cartridge!  I raided my scrap basket for all the papers and ribbons.  The penguin is a little shaker sticker.  These were so fun and easy to do!

Marie ... Every year I see tags this cute I say to myself I'm going to make them .... then I never do! I have a ton a scraps that would be put to good use!
