Layouts...and more layouts!
This week I have been working on layouts for the store...We have been getting is so many new papers! Here are a few I did...
This is Baptism papers & stickers from Karen Foster. It was not my favorite when we got it, but I think the layout turned out nice.
I love this SEI line, Bridgeport. the colors are so fresh and crisp. This was just a quick one to show off the stripes...simple, but pretty.

These two are on Robyn's Nest papers...I love them, of course. They are full of glitter:)
I used "Life's a Beach" to cut the coral, seahorses, & title. To make the embellishments as pretty as the paper, I added stickles and dew drops. I really like this one.

This is another Robyn's Next paper, Black Starfish...they are copper though. I used "Life's a Beach" to cut the sand dollars, title and little star fish. I think added Stickles...platinum, copper, and cinnamon.

Happy Easter!
After a leisurely morning at home we had brunch at the club on base. It was delicious, as usual. they even had 'bunny cake', just like Mom-Mom used ot make:) We had our traditional picture taken with the Easter bunny. Jarek is almost taller than the bunny! We also got a pic of our waitress...she was too cute with her face painting and balloon ears. The rest of the day was pretty lazy...Jarek & I took the dogs for a walk around the pond, while John cleaned out the garage. For dinner we grilled out. Finally, we played Wii in the evening...we had promised Jarek. Nice family day.

Pretty in Pink
Layout I did for the store featuring Jayla, my grand daughter. I used the new Anna Griffin papers...very pretty. The green one is embossed. The butterflies were a die cut sheet that I cut apart to use as a border & embellishments. I used the vellum technique again to highlight Jayla in the pics. I used opposites attract & storybook to cut the letters. Finally, I added cotton candy stickles to the lettering. Overall, very girly..very sparkly.
