A Cute Hello

This one was for a Technique Challenge, we had to make a Gel Card.  I have had this image for awhile and instantly knew how I wanted to do it.  After coloring two images I cut out the fish bowl on the top image.  I layered the image, gel filled bag, and then top image.  I love it!  This was a hard one to send away.  

Here's the Details:

Image - Pixie Dust Studios golf fish; I colored with Prism colored pencils and then accented with Stickles on the fish and water drops.

Sentiment - printed on computer

Papers - all from my scrap basket

Extras - tag punch, large brad, silver wire ribbon, sequins in the gel
