Roxie the Good Mermaid Card

This was a fun one to color!  She is Roxie the Good Mermaid from Simply B Stamps.  

Here's the details:
Image - Roxie by Simply B Stamps; colored with Prisma colored pencils, added Diamond Stickles to fins, lime Stickles to seahorse, and Gold Stickles to hair
Sentiment - printed on computer
Papers - from my scrap basket
Extras - large and small rhinestones, blue hemp, glitter tulle, hold punch, pop dots, and CM oval cutter.
