Winter Fairy Halla

This is another winter fairy by Mo's Digital Pencil Shop.  So fun to color and embellish!

Here are the details:

Image:  Winter Fairy Halla; after coloring the image with my Prisma pencils I embellished with White Polar Flower Soft on pom-poms and leg wraps, Patina and Eucalyptus Stickles on the wings and headband, Diamond and Baby Blue Stickles on the swirls.

Papers:  all from my scrap basket; glittery!

Embellishments:  snowflake jewels, large rhinestone
