26 Book Reading Challenge

So, 2015 did not start the way I would have liked. Some things I planned had to be put aside to care for my father.  While I would not trade that time with my Dad and feel very blessed to have been able to be there with him and my mother, I am trying to find my normal.  This challenge is one I pinned back in December to help me get back into reading.  I love reading, but find that I have very little time...or I don't make the time.  I thought this might be a fun way to rekindle that love.

So, the first challenge, "a book you own, but haven't read."  This was a hard for me because I am a bit of a book hoarder.  I have a nightstand filled with books I purchased because I really want to read them, but just haven't got around to them.  After scouring through my stash of unread books I decided to read something light...
Squirrel Seeks Chipmunk is a collection of humorous short stories by David Sedaris.  It is a fun, short read that will help jump start my reading habit.  I am hoping to read it in one week....I will check back in on this next Monday (4/20).

So, What are you reading?  Anything that fits one of the remaining 25 challenges?  I am open to suggestions...especially for new authors as I find myself sticking to the same ones.
