Walking in the Rain

Had a little time to create today.  I have been wanting to color this image...Doesn't she remind you of Ms. Frizzle from Magic School Bus?

Here's the details:
Image -"Singing in the Rain" by Mo's Digital Pencil; I colored her with Stampin' Up pencils and then I added Crystal Effects to her boots and coat & Stickles to the stars on her umbrella.
Papers - from my scrap stash, the blue dotted is a flocked paper from Heidi Grace
Embellishments:  chipboard star covered in glitter to match the glitter on the umbrella, blue rhinestones, ribbon
